The Hunna return with "Hide & Seek"

After a three-year silence, UK alternative rock trio The Hunna returns to the spotlight with "Hide & Seek," a bold, emotionally charged anthem that finds beauty in the in-between moments of love. Paired with a stunning five-minute visual directed by Modern Day Auteur, the single marks a triumphant return that's both cinematic and deeply personal.

Frontman Ryan Potter pours his soul into the track, describing it as "a midway transitional part of a relationship." There's a rawness in his voice that captures the tenderness and tension of two people evolving, shifting, and navigating the spaces between them. The song pulses with that emotional push and pull built on love, tested by life, and drifting with time.

"Hide & Seek" is everything fans could hope for: gritty guitar riffs, soaring choruses, and an undercurrent of vulnerability that punches through the production. Self-produced by the band, the track is polished without losing its edge, thanks to mixing by Tarrant Shepherd and mastering by Katie Tavini (Bloc Party, Sam Ryder). "Hide & Seek" isn't just a comeback, but it's a reminder of what The Hunna does best: combining heart, grit, and atmosphere in a way that sticks with you.

The accompanying video elevates the single into short-film territory. With Modern Day Auteur behind the lens, it's a moody, slow-burning visual that perfectly matches the song's narrative arc, more of an emotional journey than your average music video. Catch them live as they hit the main stage at Y Not? Festival on August 1, 2025. If this single is any indication, The HuHunna's sixth chapter is going to hit just as hard and just as deep.
