CherelleK unleashes her electrifying debut Album "The Lovely Bones Mixtape"

Cherelle K's debut of her full-length project, "The Lovely Bones Mixtape," is a profoundly personal, 14-track experience that feels more like a grow chart that is readable than a rap album. The mixtape is a measly 30 minutes, but it does not hesitate to drag you into her world that is made of equal parts pain, power, and perseverance.

CherelleK opens the mixtape with "June 23rd (INTRO)" where she sets the stage with a narrative that is equally emotional and immediate. This is not just an intro, it's CherelleK's unfiltered truth. After "June 23rd", the mixtape is organized like the chapters of her life, wrapping storytelling within lyricism and harmonies, accompanied by hard-hitting beats that never trumps the words.

Tracks "Coming Back" is a prime example, where CherelleK's delivery recalls a mystical combination of strength and a retrospective delivery, just for spite. It is clear with "Coming Back" that a reckoning may be so near. "Done with the Talkin" and "Last Name Kozak" go well beyond production with their excellent background visuals, which add anatomy to the narrativized experience.
